Lauren began her yoga practice in 2004 as a mother of 2 young children. Just 15 minutes of morning yoga set a positive pace to her hectic day.
As she began to study yoga, she discovered that yoga brought joy and peace to her mind, body and soul. From learning to breath deeply, to meditate, to moving your body through poses, yoga helped her feel more centered.
Lauren is known for classes that have a seamless flow and that offer a balance of poses. Highly attentive to detail, her classes are relaxed with many health benefits.
Lauren is a certified 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and has a Trauma Sensitive Yoga certificate with Yoga Alliance. She has studied in the styles of Hatha and Self Awakening Yoga.
She has developed a passion for trauma sensitive (trauma informed) yoga since yoga has helped her to recover and remain calm after her divorce, recovery from surgery, and a car crash.
Yoga and meditation have given her a peaceful mind, healthier body and opened the door to many opportunities.
